Counselling

Counselling fees start from £40 per hour, concessions are available. It is usually best to start off with a minimum of six sessions to give counselling a fair trial. We will then discuss together if there is a requirement to extend your number of sessions to meet your needs.

The initial meeting is to discuss issues you feel are causing you difficulty in your life at present and explore what you hope to achieve from counselling.

At this point you decide whether counselling is for you and also if we can work together.

Long and short term counselling contracts are offered depending on your needs and your emotional issues.

Clinical supervision

Supervision fees start from £40 per hour, concessions are available for students (there can be a waiting list at times for concessions).

I am also able to invoice organisations direct, my payments terms are 28 days.

Theta Healing

Fees for Theta Healing are £77 per hour.

The initial meeting is to discuss issues you feel are causing you difficulty in your life at present and explore what you hope to achieve from theta healing, we will start working with theta healing in the first session.

Past Life Therapy

Fees for Past Life Therapy are £77 per hour.

In the initial meeting we will spend some time discussing your reasons for attending, we will start to work with PLT in the first session.

Relaxation sessions

Fees for Relaxation sessions start from £40 per hour, concessions are available.

The initial meeting is to discuss what stresses you are experiencing in life and explore what you hope to achieve from having relaxation sessions, we will start working with relaxation techniques in the first session as well.

All sessions are for a therapeutic hour of 50 minutes.
