Theta Healing was discovered by Vianna Stibal, when she personally experienced an instant healing from serious illness. Since then it has developed into a healing modality, which can be learned by most people and that can be used to create changes in many areas of life. Theta Healing is a healing system that can have instant results. By identifying the root cause of a problem and changing the belief system around an event or memory it is possible to see instant healing for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual conditions. When belief systems, thoughts and feelings are changed this can create a healing in the physical body, and by changing the beliefs physical conditions may heal.

Theta works by allowing the brain to go into a deep Theta Brainwave allowing an instant connection to Creator of all that is. The healing process is only witnessed by the practitioner, it is "Creator of all that is" that is performing the healing.
